THE ACADEMY
From the Founder,
For almost thirty years the Lord has marvelously blessed Star of Bethlehem Christian Academy to become one of the finest Christian schools in Northern Virginia. In the beginning we operated without a budget and teachers volunteered out of Christian love and devotion to Christ. We are now able to hire degreed teachers who love the Lord and our young children. Even though we have endured difficult times we realize that there is no easy way of accomplishing anything for the Lord of this magnitude without Christ's anointing and constant guidance. I feel as the Apostle Paul felt when he said, "I can do all things through Christ who gives us the strength." Therefore, we are moving on to greater years and looking forwards to greater accomplishments in the Lord.
I want the parents to know that we thank them for their participation and all that they are doing for us, just to help us stay alive as this is Christ's plan. God bless you and keep sending your children to a school that loves the Lord, Jesus Christ.

The School
The SBCA exists to provide a high quality Christ-centered, biblically based education in which students can grow in wisdom, in stature, and in knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord in order that they may extend the servant life of Christ to their community and world. The mission of the SBCA is to equip students (age three years through the third grade) with the best academic education by providing comprehensive instruction in core subjects, as well as teaching divine principles of trust, loyalty, obedience, helpfulness, courtesy, kindness, cleanliness, and a host of other life-long Godly attributes. In addition, students are taught the love of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, His Gospel, and His doctrine. The foundational scriptures are Proverbs 22-6, "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it," and Deuteronomy 6:6-9.
The Vision
To become a premier Christian school, reaching, teaching, and unleashing our future leaders, by training boys and girls in a program study, and living which is Christ centered. It is the desire of SBCA to cultivate a safe, Christian environment for an enjoyable learning experience, and an overwhelming tender loving-care for children that will encourage them to grow and develop spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically.
Star Bethlehem Christian Academy is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International, and is accredited by the National Association of Private Schools.
